At James & Morgan Boston, we want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not happy with your item, you may return it under the following conditions.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs, including international shipping and customs fees, are the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Trying on the item is allowed, but use beyond that is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Order and Cancellation Terms

Orders cannot be canceled immediately after they are placed.

Cancellation is therefore not possible a few minutes or hours after completing an order.

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
Steps for Returns

Contact us at info@jamesandmorganboston.com within 30 days of receiving the item to register your return.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).

Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using trackable shipping (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return requirements, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via your original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
